Beech 1900 SE crz speed?

We get positioned around downroute in a Beech 1900 - on a 411nm sector over water (in the dark of course!). It has ocurred to me that this is could be an ETOPS sector flown without liferafts.

757 Magnetic Heading Error

I have noticed that the 757s that I fly all seem to have a 3 degree error in magnetic heading. (Published ILS course is ALWAYS 3 degrees less than magnetic track flown on ILS or the track maintained...
