Im 1/2 stone overweight and have run once since last May.

I ran 9mins 56 for the 2.4km.

How does that compare to the average?

Two only managed 6month contracts with Easy and the BA guy is short of cash. The Loan is a killer....

29% approx of Budget is given to the social. So many non GB citizens on the take along with 2nd/3rd generation immigrants on the take. We should not be paying for peoples asylum....
