I can honestly say that ATC-Watcher has a point.
The "incidents" I have had were not related to the dual language being used but poor ATC...

My reply was to someone who said that it was just a principle, not a law. However, as you say, in a collective agreement you can "disregard" this particular law....

The callout is a pilot not flying callout warning for pitch in excess of 5 degrees.. .And it may be a technological leap from the older Dash 8...but honestly...it's not that impressive....
