Alot of operators start 206 with one pump on to conserve battery power for start ie. give the start everything you got. Seems like common practice to switch both pumps off for the two min shutdown...

Its still useful for keeping an eye the 90 day rule ,I think it says you need 3 t/o and landings before you can PIC with pax on board, ie students who dont hold a license or medical.Important as well...

Sound advise rudestuff. Get all FAA ratings first , build the hrs and do the JAA stuff the modular route. You wont be hired with 200 hrs JAA CPL ,you will be hired FAA CPL CFI 1000 hrs and then JAA !
