Maybe some of us just want some extra leave whilst only losing basic salary and keeping everything else. It's not a bad deal if your personal circumstances can afford it at the moment.

Who cares how many Instrument hours you have, does it really matter?

To keep it simple, I log 15 minutes per PF sector which equates to about 1 hour per month.

A340-300 MTOM = 275T
A340-600 MTOM = 368T
A330 varies but the heaviest ones MTOM = 233T

Re Reserve, credit it back to 1 for 5 which will give a disincentive to roster long reserve periods and IMHO would be acceptable.
