On average 3 - 4 weekday evenings maybe 4 hours = 16 hours
plus at least one day at the weekend - say 8-10 hours

I have over 400 hours instructing on tecnams from a 400m tarmac strip, before that we had rallyes. I think they are great training aircraft and would highly recommend them

lowering the nose does reduce ROC .... but its pretty insignificant in the grand scheme of things ... remember you are only lowering for a few seconds to look ahead - it might mean your average ROC...

simply look ahead and to the side of the cowling for a reference point ahead ... if it doesnt move then either will the aircraft

attitude should be set with external references and confirmed...
