I don't agree with that view at all as the FAA has already had the second non pilot person in the cockpit during loo breaks etc rule for several years and there have been no suicides by flight deck...

I wouldn't have thought it really lends itself to a full movie because the time from from takeoff to splashdown is so short and whilst the rescue by the boats was of a movie length time frame there...
