Yikes I've forgotten something:

say you're on an IFR flight plan and you're doing the NDB ILS DME R/W 26 approach into Luton where the RVR for CAT A is 550m.

Can you always attempt the approach...

Is it correct that the procedure on page 8 of CAP698 (to figure out FLL TOW) is incorrect ?....If I follow the instructions I get a different weight. I only get the same answer as the example on page...
