A320 FLT CTRL page symbol meaning

Seen it somewhere, but now can’t find the reference to what the (in red) circled areas signify on the A320 FLT CTRL page.

Any EASA B757 instructors in the Shanghai area, that are able to give me a LPC?
Have a UK issued EASA license, with last flight on the B757 in April 2018.
