I have an issue with my current company regarding repayment of my training bond and "golden handshake" to others leaving the company
Are there anybody out there who has had a UK lawyer involved in issues like these before, and can recommend that lawyer?

The Law Society - Find a solicitor

and select "Area of Law" as Employment Law.

That way you will get un-biased results.

As flintstone says, find someone who has good experience with those lawyers.
Also perhaps due to your field, maybe an aviation specialist too.
