The pilot should have appeared in court by now (the court date was apparently scheduled for 14th March), but I've heard nothing in the news.

IMO, those 4 V boats give us a lot of clout on the world stage and have definitely allowed us to keep our permanent seat on the Security Council. (Same to be said for France's Triomphant Class SSBN)....

Are you saying that you check to see that the total annual exposure of a pilot is less than 2 millisieverts (mSv)?

Chest x-ray: 0.02 mSv, which is equivalent to 4hrs flying at long haul cruising altitude.

CT scan on your abdomen: 10mSv, which is equivalent to 2,000hrs...

Notwithstanding that the rest of their long haul fleet is Boeing, BA do seem to deny the fact that Airbus long haul aircraft...

BA inherited it's original A320s from British Caledonian. Extra orders have been made to logically supplement these. BA have never made a break for it and supported a new Airbus concept.

My point is BA seem to have an aversion to Airbus. You can't say Airbus don't produce as good, if not better planes than Boeing. Airbus haven't been outselling Boeing these last few years for nothing...

BA should start supporting a European business and European jobs and switch to Airbus aircraft. :E
