Question how do you manage your approach from T/D until touch down

i'm new 737-800 pilot with less than 11 hours on type
it is my first jet aircraft
i would like to know how to manage my descent from the T/D point until landing, just tell me how you do it ur way ...

we fly the C172p skyhawk with thielert engine (TAE 125 ).

i'm a little confused about the CPL diploma and certificate, normal diploma of aviation with multi engine command instrument takes 18-20 months while the CPL with multi engine command instrument...
