i need to know the best way to understand the theorytical PPL and any good sites for it.

Go to www.google.com.au and try searching for something along the lines of "aviation theory books".

Mate it is pretty hard to find any good Egyptian ATPL books......

all the middle-eastern training books i've seen never had any chapters on landing the planes.....!?!
