BMI do have a few pilots based in Manchester however the vast majority are lhr based and are paxed up to nightstop the day before each trip.
I dont think they will let anyone else move up to Man...

I think thats a terrible idea... we have lost enough of our hard working fantastic crew in manchester without getting rid of more to outsource to some other airline which might not have the same...
