With all this wonderful state of the art medical diagnosis perhaps BA should think about pulling out of catering and aviation.

As pax and flying a couple of long flights a year I can say that BA staff do their best uder sometimes difficult circumstances.
As a steerage passenger I have no complaints, you pay for what you get...
