Licensed airfield for Helo's

Anyone know of a nice licensed airfield in the Yorkshire area that would be a good place to add a Helicopter training operation?

Near major cities preferable.:)

Average Hours Helo School

How many hours would the number one machine be expected to fly in a year at an average UK helicopter school assuming reasonable demographics and weather?

I have the location, nearby population, an R22, business experience, and a bit of spare change. I don't however know a great deal about these things...
