Not true, you can instruct with a PPL and FIC rating, you just cant get paid for it..

Download a copy of Lasors, it has all the requirments in there..

PPL, Class 2 Medical, license and ratings...

Before you go get a quote on handling, landing and parking fees, a guy I knew at Bournemouth when doing ATPL ground school took a PA28 into there at peak time and the total bill was just over £700!!...
