V1 is a factor of stall speed and minimum unstick speed, so as weight increases then V1 also increases.

If the runway is limiting then then take-off weight is capped at that limit.

Was over in the UK recently and flew in a Flybe -400.

As a passenger there is nothing quiet about this aircraft, quite the nosiest cabin I have flown in and a very uncomfortable flight indeed...
