Guv's previous custodial conviction in 91 for 'abducting a child' will no doubt be taken into account in his sentencing as will his extreme deception during the 'grooming' phase

Congratulations Danny, I too had picked up on NDR's sordid history in South Africa. He clearly is a dangerous lunatic. At one stage he claimed I was an IRA trained assassin who had bombed the South African ambassador in NYC ( and hence had to leave th USA hurriedly). Good Riddance.

Ceilidh the antisemite
Was reading it all with interest, then the Ceilidh name he used, him claiming Danny murdered Palestinians, and the remarks about being antisemitic reminded me that I came across him a little while back in a politics chatroom, calling himself Ceilidh. He was being pretty inciteful, tried to dig some dirt and lie about me to try and win his argument (apparently I worked for the Israeli government as some kind of cyberspy - luckily it was so far-fetched everyone ignored him).
He was into the whole Jews have no right to a country, Israel should not exist thing, I think it even went into a touch of Holocaust denial, certainly there was a big bit about how he thought Israelis were mass-murdering the Palestinians and could get away with it because of the Holocaust - even the BBC and the Guardian haven't gone that far yet! Plenty of implied Jewish conspiracy tripe as well.
In my first week living in Edinburgh, somebody tried to put a molotov cocktail through the synagogue door. I know people who have been spat upon, had pig's heads and razor blades left on their doorsteps and worse, because people like him have dug up their home addresses and so on, because they disagreed with his vile brand of politics.
I'm glad that a sicko like that won't be around to hurt anyone or incite anyone else into harming people again for a long, long time.

Ive found you,on occasion, to be rather sanctimonious on "protecting" the rights of other contributors,or possibly too eager to cede to the demnads of others,which now,i understand a little better.A lively debate,is not always,and should not be always taken to be potentially defamatory.Powerful,paymasters,make threats,and that is why now I see the dilemma you faced.
The Guvnor,was always contentious,and highly dubious,so well done to highlight this menace to society through PPrune,I think we all commonly loathe the practise of these people,thankfully rather less numbers congregate in commercial aviation management.
Frankly,the ultimate(wrong kind) wanabee,let us hope he stays away a long time.

Why don't you channell this energy in a positive direction? Why not expose the plight of Orphaned Land-Mine Victims in Mocambique and Angola instead of this sickening sticky?

I'll not rise to the bait but am moved to answer. It is the very mentality of the likes of NR and I knew the b******d, that create wars and strife with their sick egotistical nastiness. Here is one despot unlikely to rise to the ranks of landmine sower but he sure would have liked to.

Incidentally the guy who abused my young daughters many years ago is still at large and so far I am unable to expose him and he continues in his role as the perfect airline captain. At least one of his erswhile partners in crime has been sorted for now. I say once more, very well done Danny.

Why refer to this individual as 'The Guvnor' ?
I always thought a 'guvnor' was someone who had or begrudgingly had the respect at times of the folks who worked under him.
I cant see how this bloke had any respect off of anyone ?
