The Guvnor ??..... I think not !!!
Why refer to this individual as 'The Guvnor' ?
I always thought a 'guvnor' was someone who had or begrudgingly had the respect at times of the folks who worked under him.
I cant see how this bloke had any respect off of anyone ?
Lets hope that he lives in fear for quite a while in the nonce's block !
