Is this the new tool for keeping caravans in the slow lane or, the neighbours cat out of the garden?

Thanks to all concerned for yet another amazing photograph.
Already I'm getting positive comments from people who've noticed it on my desktop. At work some of my colleagues come looking each month, knowing that the pictures/calendars are worth seeing. Thanks again! |
Superb!
The best as yet by far

My first post
Hi guys,
This is my first post here although I've been visiting this forum for a while and I like the pics that I see. Right now I am not a pilot but would like to someday. Anyways here are some great shots I took while living back in Florida, the shots were taken around the Tampa Bay area and Orlando. Hope to see more great pics from you guys. http://www.helispot.com/images/02560.jpg Bay News 9 Sky 9, also used as WTVT-TV Fox 2. Welcome, euroastar350 to pprune, where the community is varied, and certainly not boring!

Good morning E/350
Certainly nice to see some original photos, also nice to see that you have old and dusty Hangers in your country , like most of them on this side of the pond. Welcome to the Rotorheads forum, where you will find many people willing to explain in minute detail many things from their own wild and often very interesting careers. My regards Peter R-B Vfr |
Hello Euro! There certainly is a huge variety of experience on the forum. My helo time is barely into double figures, but even the tyros among us can make contributions - in my case, usually by asking naive questions. You sometimes find those questions weren't as daft as they sounded. It pays to use the search facility first, to see if it's already been answered. Mind you, after you've been following Rotorheads for a while, you'll get to know the kinds of things that have come up already.
As examples, 'how do I get started as a private / commercial helo pilot' or 'should I jack the current boring job in and try for a flying position' have been covered recently (and they keep coming up - are they using search, you wonder?). On the other hand, no-one's given us a hands-on report of the AH-64 that I can remember. |
