Question Nick Lappos?

I see that Nick is no longer registered with PPrune. Admin error, or have you left us, Nick?

I also notice that Roger Bacon has quoted Nick in this week's Straight & Level, Flight International, from a Rotorhead posting,
"Tiltrotors are extremely complex, (snip) . They are as if a Chinook and an F-14 had a baby".

I heard a rumour that Sir Nicholas of Lappos now posts exclusively on the www.justhelicopters forum and very occasionally someplace called rec.aviation.helicopters which I believe is populated by r/c modelers or something. Our loss.

I don't know, or care, what your problem is with Steve76 - but I do care about you following him around this forum making childish provocative comments on different threads.

Steve76 is a valued contributor to this forum - you're not.
Try JustHelicopters - you'll feel at home there.

Lightbulb

Nick tells me he's been trying to post, but there seems to be a gremlin in the software preventing him from logging in.

I don't think there's any danger of Nick defecting to JustHelicopters - he wouldn't feel at home in that jungle!

Just when you thought it was safe to go into a Hover....

I'm back. For a week I was in a cyber fog, the server would not recognize me, and I could not reregister. Who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of computers....

I seem to be healthy now, with my username now NickLappos

Keep the jabs coming!

Welcome back NickLappos
(formerly Nick Lappos)

A couple of weeks ago, I assumed that the problem was one of making provocative postings.

Perhaps the problem is one of using real names.

Nick's problem was simply a software glitch.
Have you been making provocative posts on other forums then Dave?

Heliport

"Have you been making provocative posts on other forums?"
Only kinky sheep jokes on the 'New Zealand' forum.

No. no. It must have something to do with the use of real names. Even Lu Zuckerman will agree with this.

Did the GE folks ever say how they deal with RHL on the Firehawk?
