Aramco direct hires were always on a much better deal than contractors. More than double the money. Didn't have to live in Tanajib. Could have their families there.

THC is not Aramco. It’s ICAO licences converted to GCAA not FAA. You don’t have to live in Saudi as it’s a touring 6/6 position with bases all over the Kingdom, and the flying is EMS and charter, not oil and gas.
