Here goes, just a few to start with. Higher resolution copies are available if necessary. Big thanks to Graeme at Bluetongue for hosting ...
This is my own picture, at Seaworld last year ...
The next two aren't necessarily for the competition, as they aren't mine.
This one I haven't seen on PPRuNe before, but I might have just missed it. I don't know who took the picture but if anyone does I'd love to know where this is ...
And this one is from a time before mine ... for me, this is an awesome example of the helicopter at work ...
Cheers,

Not a rotorhead myself, but during the OMV ADAC Rally in Trier/Germany last month this little bird flew past during the final safety sweep of SS5.

I had a scary students first solo there...
He did OK, but I was more concerned with the bull that was stalking me, INSIDE the airport fence...

I have to say it was the most exciting thing I have ever done in snowboarding. I was a little worried about the downdraft from the heli blades, but when I saw the landing my mind was clear and ready. From my view it looked about 50-60 feet. I hit the snow pretty hard and rode down the hill to have the heli pick me up asking if I wanted to do a second. Once was enough
.......
.......
Three weeks later I got the photos back. As soon as I saw the photo I started getting the shakes. I was more scared looking at the photo than I was doing it. The heli drop was supposed to be about 50 feet"

Wasn't that the 430 SPIFR thread where your good old buddy AJB reckoned he was up for the job....

This 300C had its tailrotorblades striking the ground while in flare on a auto pratice causing the shaft to twist and disengage, then it took a 180° spin before it came to rest.
needed to be slingloaded for 2miles in no wind condition and the 206 had to be right on its limits to be able to lift it up
funny though it was the same pilot who flew the Huges and then picked it up ... yes its good manners to clean your mess up

October Calendar, Improved version HERE.
Yesterday I wasn't able to upload the calendar to my server for downloading so I emailed the caledar to Heliport so he could post it for me, BUT somewhere along the way the calendar got reduced from 1024 pixels to 576 pixels thus the original picture will look jagged on your monitors.
I was just able to upload the full size (1024 pixels) calendar to my server and here it is in high resolution, Right click on the image, and Set as Background,
Mac users . . . . you know what to do, as always
