Yes SCT means Secretaria de Comunicaciones y Transportes and the #2 means the main SCT is the Falcon Jet they also have, along with about 25 other aircraft, SCT does the same thing the DOT in the U.S.
We mostly fly around the country scouting for good places for new roads, airports, bridges and such, but when the hurricanes strike we usually spend about a month doing disaster relief carrying sick, food, water, medicine, looking for improvised runways for the IAI Aravas to take over. It never fails and we have usually been out every year since 1996.
You say you got a ride in one of the KingAirs, I love going around in the red Cessna Citations the ones that do the verification of navaids and procedures, those flights are soo much fun, in one day they will fly to 5 different airports do the app a couple of times and do the most awsome manuvers I have seen a private jet do, (except the acrobatic lear 23 I saw in Acapulco a few months ago, an american fellow who does amazing things!) If you ever get a chance hop into one of their flights!

are you saying that XC-SCT exists in duplicate? Falcon and Bell are registered SCT? That's interesting. I know how flexible the DGAC can be with the XC registration. I was offered once to ferry a confiscated Turbo Commander XC-A003 or so.

These pictures were taken by a friend, he's into destroying Marihuana and Opium crops.
This is a very dangerous job for many reasons, but it is usually a very intersting and challenging, it is done by two agencies, one military and one civilian and most of the time they work as a team.
This is one of their 212 flying alongside an IAI Arava (for air support)
The very tall plants all around the helicopter and crew are all fully grown Marihuana plants.
The little plants you see the 212 landed on, are all young marihuana plants.
This is what they are supposed to do after cutting down the plants, burn them.

I once saw from above (live) how one of those, while landing on a narrow road, hit a small (but tall) dirt mound with the wing tip, it cart wheeled to a stop with 14 people on board, we landed inmediately to help out, and that little egg shaped fuselage kept everyone on board alive, its a tough airplane. This happened in Honduras.

Your photo of XT 132 was taken at Middle Wallop if my memory serves me right! I trained there in 1965, and returned as a QHI in the late 60s 'til the early 70s. I've checked my log book and XT 132 was one of the Sioux I didn't fly, so you can't add a Royal Marine to your list unfortunately.
Below is a photo of XT 219, a Royal Marine B47 Sioux in less happy circumstances. Aden, Feb 1967, from Hover to Bother in one second. The only thing stopping us going over the edge was one of the blades stopping down slope, otherwise we'd still be bouncing!
