Something as simple as a single round air vent left open can allow this to happen. Mine in Alaska was full right up to the brim....helped along by about 80 knots worth of wind. Ah, the fun parts of bush flying!

Now look at that one is allowed to wear helmets in canada for CHC but not in the United Kingdom, because the pax won't like it. What about my hearing?
