Airline directory website

Hey all,

I'm trying to find a consolidated website for airline rankings in order of: aircraft numbers, number of flights, number of destinations, number of pilots, revenue, etc etc....

if anyone knows of a site, please let me know too.

Thanks,
FM

That level of information costs money - you could pay through the nose to join a website like ATI (www.rati.com, they have rates on the site). If you have a Flight International subscription, they do their World Airlines survey once a year which they usually publish over 3 issues (you can buy it in one magazine from them for about 35 bucks), they also do a World Airliner Census once a year. A subscription to Airline Business magazine would also be useful, or you could go to their site www.airlinebusiness.com and buy the industry guide. www.icaodata.com is also useful, but all of these three are owned by Reed and no doubt will extract money from you for the privelige.

A lot of that information can be obtained (at a price) from IATA, in their annual World Air Transport Statistics publication.

Or you can probably get better data free by going to the various regional organisations:
Europe mainline - AEA - www.aea.be
Europe regional - ERA - www.eraa.org
N. America - ATA - www.airlines.org
Latin America - AITAL - www.aital.org
Middle East - AACO - www.aaco.org
Asia-Pacific - AAPA - www.aapairlines.org

I don't have an address for the African carriers (AFRAA) to hand, but there will be one
