That level of information costs money - you could pay through the nose to join a website like ATI (
www.rati.com, they have rates on the site). If you have a Flight International subscription, they do their World Airlines survey once a year which they usually publish over 3 issues (you can buy it in one magazine from them for about 35 bucks), they also do a World Airliner Census once a year. A subscription to Airline Business magazine would also be useful, or you could go to their site
www.airlinebusiness.com and buy the industry guide.
www.icaodata.com is also useful, but all of these three are owned by Reed and no doubt will extract money from you for the privelige.
