Starting dates

[QUOTE=ShortFinal1;11932873]Hi there, does anyone know when the UK MPL intakes will be in 2026 please? As in which months will courses start. Have tried e-mailing CAE but no response yet. Thanks![/QUOTE

Hello, did u end up finding out what the starting dates are? I plan to start in march, I’ve already applied and just now found out they don’t give you the option to choose your starting date specifically.
Which is bad since I can only start in march onwards.

Please let me know if you find out the starting dates!!

Thanks

They won’t have the dates for next year yet but you will be able to specify the date you want to start from the list when they have it. We were given a list of about 6 start months to pick from so I’m Sure you’ll be ok.

they do give you a choice over start dates (I’ve already been accepted on the course). There’s a start date in March and also in June.

Hi all,
I have my stage 3 coming up. Anyone else in the same case as me? If anyone has any advice or tips for this I would really appreciate it.
To prepare myself as best as possible, would you recommend that I invest in a preparation program like Airline Selection Programme (they have a course specifically for the easyJet MPL) or other companies of the same kind? Thanks!

Hey, I also have my stage 3 coming up. I've managed to find a lot of help and info on the questions that have come up using sites like this and AI to try and find these across the internet, the best thing at the moment seems to be the prep documents that they give, and I'd also reccomend doing one of the prep workshops you can find in the same place as booking the S3 assessment as that's what they have suggested. Other than that I'm just making sure I have a good few scenarios to use within my interview, and practicing voice interviews with websites and AI models to get feedback. You can feed these sites the prep documents and they will actively ask you questions similar to the real thing, and so far that's been a good help. I've managed to find quite a lot of explanation and ex-cadets with posts or shares online about the intakes, and alot of them have helped. Wish you all the best!

Hey @hbezy, thank you so much for taking the time to reply and for the information!
I actually went ahead with the MPL preparation course from ASP and I must say it is very good, they seem to know their stuff / have a lot of recent feedback and it was fairly cheap (199 euros - about 170 quid) actually so I'm pleased with it.
But I really like your idea of using AI to practice for interviews, that's an excellent idea! Thanks again and all the best for your stage 3!

That's also a very good idea; I hadn't actually seen anything on the MPL prep packages so far. I will certainly take a look! I wish you all the best with your Stage 3 if not already completed!

Arrow Stage 3

Hello, I have a stage 3 in a few weeks time and I have prepared along the provided material!
Any extra information on what to prepare for from candidates who have completed a stage 3 would be very helpful! Questions you were asked at the interview etc...
Thanks in advance!

Hello @Messi, I'm also waiting for the S3 assessment, I would recommend the easyJet MPL pack from Airline Selection Programme. I purchased it recently and they seem to have collected a lot of recent feedback from past candidates. There's a whole list of questions you can expect at the interview, along with some elements on how to answer them, how to tackle the group exercise, etc. Good luck!

Hey, I'd imagine you may be on one of the similar dates to me So far, I have also purchased the ASL course for easyjet as some other people have mentioned above that it was good, and just doing the best practice and most time I can, a mixture of mock interviews, prep sheets and generally getting familiar with everything that CAE have provided and what other people have mentioned- I do believe you are asked not to share too much relating to what the stage 3 is like, however I will check back and share what I am able to if possible. There are also alot of previous cadets or people currently on the course you can find on social media that are very helpful with questions and insights. Wish you all the best!

Question Competency Questions

Hello everyone, I'm intrigued to know how many competency based questions we actually get asked. Is there a rough figure? I understand it'll vary from candidate to candidate. Thanks.

I think roughly half of the questions are CBQs,so assuming the interview is 1h you'll get about 5 CBQs; I'd say 2 on Leadership / Teamwork / Decision Making, 1 on Situational Awareness, and 2 on Conflict / Pressure / Communication. This is just my take on it, I could be wrong and you probably want to be over-prepared rather than under-prepared anyway.

Well done, that's fantastic news!
I also passed my Stage 3 successfully
I don't know about you, but I found the ASP course quite helpful.
I'm also going to try the BA Speedbird Academy programme. I know it's a long shot. So I'll chose a starting date with EZY accordingly.
