FlyTeam vs Rivair(Rózsavölgyi Air) HUNGARY
Hi everyone,
I am planning to start training this summer in Hungary. I have found two schools which are FlyTeam vs Rivair (Rózsavölgyi Air/ agnoaero) in Szeged, Hungary. But couldn't find any comment about both. Is there anyone can say something about these schools. Also, I am open to other school suggestions.

Both schools are known to be inconsistent and that is why they can offer training at low cost. This also means that there are students with both, very good as well as bad experiences. The experience depends on several factors and can be down to pure luck. Ultimately be prepared that the training may take a lot longer than expected, that you need to be highly motivated self-starter, figure things out on your own and to keep pushing your training to go forward. You get what you pay for.

Rivair is currently under investigation and has changed there name if you ask the Hungarian CAA for a list of the approved ATO Rivair ain’t on it.
I had a great experience at fly team and got my PPL in 28 days with the advertised cost plus exam fees.
But thats down down to the instructor I had and the fact we worked together to fly the maximum amount of time whenever the weather was good. It’s pot luck now as he has gone off to the Airlines. All together the training I received was excellent (I think) quick and cheap. This was just my experience though.

I have checked the Hungarian ATO list. There is Agro Aero 2000 instead of Rivair. Rivair send their price offer with name Rivair&Agro Aero 2000. You guys can you suggest more reliable school at similar prices? (I know the price will be more expensive, these two school is the cheapest that I found at all Europe)

Airdem23, I was a student of Agro Aero. From what I believe, Rivair is the name of the company started by the son of the owner, however they seem to all work together in the same place. As far I was concerned I thought the training I received was pretty professional and I ended up completing my PPL within 45 hours as they said I would for the cost they advertised. There were some small problems that did arise but these were sorted out by the school quite quickly. Basically the school is a family run business which a lot of the students there don't really seem to grasp. From my experience some students want to be the center of attention and have all their problems worked out in the space of an hour and complain when their problem has not been fixed in 1 day. There is also some communication break downs between some of the staff who's English is average and some students who's English is less than average.
My experience, this school is OK, they have their problems but a good majority of their students get through their training with little to no hick-ups. My advice for you, make your mind up on what you actually what to get out of your training, if you want to spend 120,000 Eur on some MPL course then go for it, but as your said there are cheaper alternatives which doesn't always mean bad quality. I have had the experience of flying in the UK, USA and Europe and I can pretty much say they all offer the same in terms of training and NO where is perfect. I suggest you to give Agro Aero a try, or at least a call, and see what they can do for you, as I said my experience along with a good majority of the students there at that time was a good one, hope this helps.

As ever, avoid SMOOOOTH talking snake oil salesmen.
Given the tsunami which has hit aviation, start the flying training to complete towards the end of the EASA allowable training window.

I am also looking for Hungary ATO list to do my CPL, IR. But I couldnt even find website of CAA 
is there any one know the website and ATO list?

PPL schools in Hungary
Hi everyone,
I could not find much recent information about PPL schools in Hungary, like PannonAir or Airwin in Budapest.
Are any of you there or know someone who is? Their prices are quite attractive, but incredibly hard to get good info on them.
I did contact them by email, they didn't sound sketchy, but you never know.
