New Flight Training Centre at Newquay Airport
Hey guys and gals just found out there is a new flight training centre opening up in Newquay they are calling them selfs FLYNQY ex Plymouth Flying School. I recon this would be a really good place to learn to fly if you like the whole outdoor life style ,think you could be surfing in the morning down at MawgenPorth then have flying lessons, I hear they will be opening up at the start of November.

From what they've said the welcome that NQY have given them has been second to none, much better than they were ever treated at Plymouth. I would continue to use them however it is just too far to travel. At least they have tried to make the best of a bad situation, it seems it may actually be a change for the better.

Their website appears to suggest that CPL training in a PA28 Arrow is £353 per hour. Possibly the most expensive rate for any flight school I've ever seen, anywhere. I know more than one UK school that offers CPL training on a twin for less than that!
