Surreally enough, I just got Excel to count the number of individual registrations in my logbook and it came to 223 (probably actually a few more as a couple of flight test registrations in there have been used on multiple airframes).

The aircraft i've sat in (and on!) are:

Lancaster (s)
Spitfire
Wellington
Mosquito
Lysander
GR4
GR4A
And logged as operating crew?....

Genghis...

...sadly no...my logbook only shows Chipmunk and Grob 115A (so far...)

But i've played with the guns in the turret, and held the various yokes and sticks...getting that close and personal to these fabulous machines was something...

Almost forgot, my solitary rotary experience in an AS50. Safe to say I prefer my wings fixed...

Hi Dave,

nothing against cessna, in general they are all great training aircraft, however when I had my trial lesson on the C152 I did not felt that confortable in it.

That's been my impression, especially during a gusty crosswind landing. A really wonderfully, rewarding airplane to fly, though.

Currently flying a DC-8-72...

My list has mostly been covered by others so far other than the following two I've owned:-

Tipsy Nipper (Jabiru Powered)
Cassutt IIIM Racer

I know I'm not the only one to have flown these types....come on own up!

Ah yes, Tipsy Nipper. A look back shows I missed a couple of types off my list. One got the feeling that if the wings started to come off, you could grasp the tips firmly and hold on.
