Weather information in FliteDeck (JeppView)....
JeppView with FliteDeck can run on laptop computers with weather information in flight 
I have read on the web but can not find the answers, it looks like the weather service only offered for FliteDeck in the United States ?
What kind of weather service/info can be used on FliteDeck for Europe ?

Flitedeck is a freebie which comes bundled with (the very expensive) Jeppview 3 which is basically an approach plate viewer. It provides a GPS moving map, showing your planned route from the routepack, over the Jeppview map. It is a clunky bug-ridden piece of crap which I have played with and managed to crash many times, and I don't use it anymore. For a moving map on a portable battery-backed device (which is a desirable backup function) I run Oziexplorer and various VFR charts which have been converted to Ozi format and posted on bit-torrent
I don't know if Flitedeck supports weather display but Flitestar (the desktop flight planning program) does, and has done so for a long time. There is a basic free access level which delivers basic GFS stuff which can be found for free all over the internet. Flitestar's weather function has recently been revamped for somewhat better functionality but in a stupid way: the program now runs a windoze service which always runs (even when no Jepp software is running) and accesses the internet in the background. The only way to prevent this silent access appears to be to disable the Jepp weather service in Control Panel (and disable it after every program update). The stupid installation program installs this feature even if you click NO on the XM data option (which every European user will do).
Even if this stuff was available in flight, it would be pricey because a satellite phone is the only means of delivery in Europe. Thuraya costs $1/minute for 9600bits/sec (and is unreliable) and Iridium costs about 2x that for 2400bits/sec. Not really viable for anything beyond tafs and metars, unless you are really keen. I've spent a lot of time playing with this stuff.
Not many private pilots use Jepp stuff here. Look up the pricing and you will see why To cover Europe (including Norway and the other "bits that stick out") you are looking at about 2500 euros/year, for Jeppview, and then another chunk for Flitestar IFR Europe.

Thank you for the feedback with your experience and detailed answers! It was good to get a answers of the weather service in FlightDeck! The price you enter is not quite right, Jeppesen has deals on this software and if you send a email and ask about the deals you've got it!
I had the "VFR Manual Norway" printed edition that I upgraded to JeppView that comes with FlightDeck for pleasant 109.74 EUR which is for all first year with electronic updates. Subsequent annual subscription is 70 EUR.
I just received the product so I have not tested them yet!
I also found another user's experience of JeppView on the net i quote her:

If you still want to have all maps for Norway / Scandinavia, it is better to put the laptop in flybag's than a large book. I have fully electronic planning. Are you a trip down in Europe, you can easily buy online map for the trip.

It looks like Jepp revamped Flitedeck a bit and are trying to pitch it as the user interface for Jeppview.
Also interesting they finally do an online product for approach plate delivery. They have been doing an online-database version of Flitestar for a few years (JIFP).
Looking at that video, you can see their drift but what if the display device (a windoze tablet) packs up? All commercial transport EFB products come in pairs, with redundant power supplies etc. A tablet (I fly with the Motion LS800) is OK for nonessential and semi-emergency (e.g. an unplanned diversion) tasks but if you use it as your primary approach plate etc display, it is only a matter of time before you get caught with your trousers down (the BSOD, perhaps, or its Ipad equivalent now that Jepp are also doing an Ipad based plate viewer ).
