It looks like Jepp revamped Flitedeck a bit and are trying to pitch it as the user interface for Jeppview.

Also interesting they finally do an online product for approach plate delivery. They have been doing an online-database version of Flitestar for a few years (JIFP).

Looking at that video, you can see their drift but what if the display device (a windoze tablet) packs up? All commercial transport EFB products come in pairs, with redundant power supplies etc. A tablet (I fly with the Motion LS800) is OK for nonessential and semi-emergency (e.g. an unplanned diversion) tasks but if you use it as your primary approach plate etc display, it is only a matter of time before you get caught with your trousers down (the BSOD, perhaps, or its Ipad equivalent now that Jepp are also doing an Ipad based plate viewer ).

Your pricing looks reasonable for Norway only, sure. There is no history for Jepp doing deals on pricing. They do low price deals on electronic data (e.g. an FX8 e-book or Ipad version) if you already have the normal JV3 sub, but you pay the full price for the latter.
