I’m sure some of you out there might find this video clip amusing. However, I don’t think this “pilot” really thought through the potential consequences of his actions.

Yeah, great, just great. These f***wits have a choice about behaving like complete and utter dickheads in a plane. The dog doesn't.
It's not just what they're doing to the animal for their peurile 2 minutes of fame that annoys me. It's also about their lack of knowledge and / or their simple disdain for flying safely.
Obviously they're far more concerned about getting on television than anything else.
Lets hope next time they throw the plane around like this, they do so with untied baggage instead of an unrestrained animal. Lets hope it knocks them both clean out, and these two congenital idiots come plummeting to earth in an open field, only to be engulfed by an exploding fireball. And lets hope someone gets it on tape. Now that I'd find a whole lot funnier.
And before anyone says it, yes I do have a sense of humour. It just disappears when I see people flying irresponsibly. I don't care what's flying around in that cabin - a person, a dog, a suitcase, it doesn't matter. It's dangerous. It's dangerous for anyone inside the plane, it's dangerous for outside air traffic, it's dangerous even for people on the ground. These two clowns are an accident waiting to happen and don't deserve the luxury or the responsibility of being allowed to fly.
I hope the powers that be see this and react by revoking their licences. They are clearly not responsible and they shouldn't be trusted at the controls of any airplane, be it their own or someone elses.

Yup, trivia indeed, if a dog's worst experience is 0G, it's a good life!
Secret_pilot, Cessnas are design for max -1G, a lot more then the video depicts.
Shouldn't have 'items' loose in the cockpit though.

Very droll bodge. It's not secured, so it's just not on. Bose, trivia? Last time I looked, the things we fly aren't toys. Nor is the mutt. Clowns shouldn't fly aeroplanes. That's how accidents happen. I know flying is meant to be fun but in my book this is stupid.
Agreed that doing aeros with unsecured items is stupid be it a dog or a flightbag. I used to fly an Aerobat that used to shed the door mounted ashtrays when inverted........

Me (pointing right to a spot under wing where instructor can't see) -- There's an aiplane over there.
Instructor -- Airplane? What airplane?!
Whereupon the ashtrays bounced off the ceiling as the instructor pointed the nose straight down
I have heard of the story where some parachutet(w)its chucked a dog out, then jumped to catch up with and grab said dog before pulling the chute.
The dog gave the owner a bite on landing and ran off never to be seen again

A little bit of 0G is hardly irresponsible flying. You can have a laugh and still be perfectly within the required limitations of an aircraft, and as someone else said, who's to say the dog doesn't find this way more fun than chasing cats with huge claws or fetching boring old sticks again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, ad infinitum

This one has been around for well over a year but its one of those that I find hilarious every time.
I am quite sure that if the dog wasn't enjoying it, it would be barking, or throwing up. Dogs tend to quite enjoy flying in aeroplanes, sticking their heads out of car windows and even riding on the tank of motorbikes.

Personally I think there a couple of W*****s!!! The dog looks distressed and it could have gone horribly wrong. I take my dog flying as a means of getting from A-B and as he trusts me it isn't a problem. Would you take your dog on a stunt drive? or rally drive? NO!!! So why take it on an aeros session in an aircraft.
The dog had no choice in this and they did, its as simple as that!!
