Clive Palmer loses court case over his Citation X
Today's Australian newspaper (8th March)
Headline seeking Clive Palmer order by the Courts to pay the legal costs of a failed attempt to claim damages of $2,000,000 to his Cayman Island (Gold Coast based?) registered Citation X, VP-CFP.
The case against PremAir Aviation was dropped by Clive himself. The case apparently centred around the aircraft being dismantled for maintenance with out his authority. The Court suggested otherwise.

You mean Clive Palmer loses court case over his Citation X don't you?
It would have been cheaper to pay the maintenance organisation what he owed them than to go to court, but Clive just loves litigation.
Nice to see him lose again.
