Clive Palmer loses court case over his Citation X
Today's Australian newspaper (8th March)
Headline seeking Clive Palmer order by the Courts to pay the legal costs of a failed attempt to claim damages of $2,000,000 to his Cayman Island (Gold Coast based?) registered Citation X, VP-CFP. The case against PremAir Aviation was dropped by Clive himself. The case apparently centred around the aircraft being dismantled for maintenance with out his authority. The Court suggested otherwise. |
You mean Clive Palmer loses court case over his Citation X don't you?

It would have been cheaper to pay the maintenance organisation what he owed them than to go to court, but Clive just loves litigation.
Nice to see him lose again. |
