It doesn't matter what you score on the online assessment.
Because you have paid your money the 'Advize' agency will now go over your CV afterwards and pass or fail you based on that.
If you do not get a pass, why do you think the answer they give you is "experience not competitive" when they knew that when you applied??
I'm hearing about people going to some quite extraordinary lengths to give correct answers and still not getting through to the next stage.
Its all about $ collection.

I just did the online assessment this week. Anyone else in the same boat? I have heard of people being knocked back after due to 'experience', pretty crazy stuff since the cost was almost $300!!!!!

Yeah finished mine this week too. I guess it's time to wait and see.
Do you know how many people have applied or how many they need?

So Fatih and atlas12 tell us what the reply back was that you received after doing the Psychometric testing, was is "experience not competitive" as I have received also? And what are your total hours?

Interested to hear how your 'experience' stacks up against 1500hrs TT time guys that are getting in.
OR perhaps it is more to do with a request from management the experience that that they are looking for at a particular time, and so if you don't match it you are wasting your money before you have even tried?

Tracy Ruffin is the founder and managing partner of Advize and Dezign, 2005.
Is there a Ruffin surname in Tiger? Could also be her maiden name.

Wonder whether anyone can just pay and try it out without an invitation from TigerAir recruitment?

Unsuitable after online assessment-Heavy jet training captain (admittedly not AB qualified) with the worlds major International airline, ex military and with a Degree. HR are always a law unto themselves. Everything happens for a reason I guess…...

haha, looks like those links work and indeed you can sit the testing without an invite. Now wouldn't that be interesting to see if you pass or fail without them seeing a CV -which isn't supposed to make a difference when you come to sit the testing at this stage!

Wow Clear to Land, that's incredible
Perhaps it is becoming a who you know airline

With having a read of the Terms and Conditions from the above entry page, I was surprised to find that there are indeed sample tests available here

Also, you guys that just got knocked back, take a read of this, straight from Your Rights as a Candidate in the Terms and Conditions:
4. If you fail to meet the employment screening requirements of the organisation, you are lawfully entitled to be advised of the grounds (of direct relevance to the position applied for) for the rejection of their application and any avenue of appeal open to you.

Thanks training wheels.

I have a confession. My interest in the cost was only driven by curiosity, but nice of you to post the link.

Nearly four hundred bucks! Nice little earner. From some of the posts I've read here, there must be some pilots desperate to get home. TT OZ may, or may not succeed. The jury is still out as far as I can see.

Wake up and smell the coffee boys and girls. Smacks of Management/HR exploitation to me. I mean FFS! $400 just to apply?

Have you all gone mad!!!
