I was going to say the same, but I thought codenamejames was talking about the post on the earlier page. #6020

Which I belive is a 10A - Silver City.. been around for a while.

The other, FID, and its siblings FIE and I think FIF were all ex Flinders Island Airways..

FIE being the only 3 bladed Beech in country. (Stand corrected?)

nobody said the silver one FID was a Lockheed 10 or 12. The post evidently was referring to the red one 'Silver City' back over the page.

Time will tell if that beast is as reliable as the Lycoming 540.

It would probably use a similar amount of go juice!

He could but it might offend some viewers and Pyro knows better than that!

And if he doesn't, he soon will. Tribal Council may vote him off... And Chimbu Chuck might take great delight.......

Maybe you should double dare him.......

Orange head

Jaba....yip my orange head at the helm...gotta be mad to stand out the back and I don't particularly enjoy facing backwards with some other idiot driving!!

Photos were taken last weekend during our Bridge to Bridge waterski race here in Hamilton.

And one of your compatriots in the boat following us had this mishap...
YouTube - Bridge to Bridge Waterski Crash

PS. And VH-XXX we're using a touch over 90 lph in the above photos, so that significantly MORE than my AEIO540 at 25/25...and out of a 2.5 litre!! (Phew...related photos back to aviation!!)
