Grow up
385s,
Just FYI the A380 is in it's infancy. The planes I fly are heavy, and yes they burn a lot of fuel, and there's a reason for it. The undercarriage and wing is built for a 700 ton airframe. At the moment our MTOW is 569t. This and the fact that early production airplanes are merely refined test aircraft is the reason why the burn is up.
Please learn how to spell Qantas before your next post!
And on a final note: Singapores A380 entry into service was the most trouble free they've ever had.

I've now learned to spell Quantas. So here we go Pork....
Wonderfull. Just FYI, the 30ton mandatory has nothing to do with your 569t early production test aircrafts burn; it has everything to do with getting to a suitable ERA after an incident over the south pacific. Singapore and Emirates, as you obviously already know, don't have that same problem.
And thanks for the heads up on the heavy airplanes you fly. I'm stuck at a lousy MTOW of 413 tons... I really should learn to keep my mouth shut. We hardly burn any fuel at all. You wanna tell us how long your penis is while we're at it?
Yes, the a380 is in its infancy. Which is why you guys and Qantas (thanks for the heads up, I was previously sure that it was an acronym for Queensland und New Territories) got launch issues. As a matter of fact, we were discussing launch issues with (your) engineeing on the ramp in Dubai just a few days ago. As for Singapore, I'm glad it was "the most trouble free (introduction) they've ever had. " Obviously, it went a lot better than when we launched the 744 RR and introduced the A340 to Asia. We did, mind you, launch the 744BCF pretty well.
And won't you please learn English grammar before your next post? It's not "The undercarriage and wing is built".... it's "the undercarriage and wing ARE built".
How is the desert these days anyways? I hear there's a couple of Porches at the long-term with the keys still in them....

Hrrrm...
385super,
I am very sorry that you don't fly the heaviest aeroplane anymore. Seriously, it makes my eyes water.
I am also very sorry that you had to look so hard to find my linguistic blunder.
I think you might be a dawg!
Relax dude.

Nice, porky.
If living in the desert is the price to be paid, then I'll leave you to it. We have our own issues up here, rest assured, but don't spill your tears over me.
Now cheer up.
Woff.
