With all the recruitment and training of new FOs the last year, it seems the instructors are (still) instructing on a full-time basis. What the future brings is probably still up in the air, but definitely depending on the situation over at SAS.

barbatov probably has the ETA for the answers regading the interviews. Just wait for it...

man

long time since I was this nervous. Any news about how many they need? I heard 16 got to the first interview and 14 others are standing by, meaning they passed the tests and will be called for interview when needed. But how many do they need? This waiting is killing me...

Same here, all done with the tests and interview now! There are many questions though, when will there be a course start, how many pilots and mostly what is going on with SAS and the future? Will they sell the company? Also, WF is supposed to save money now so this may take a while. New course after summer maybe?

Good luck to everyone, I got a good feeling at the interview at least!

So what's the word then, has anyone heard from them after the interview?

Maybe they don't need people after all, canceling the march course and all that...

The situation in SAS has to be sorted out first. Widerøe is a part of SAS`s new "Core bussiness". SAS letting pilots go at the same time Widerøe hire............?
Beginning of april I think you will know more!

But I thought the 400 redundancies in SAS was decided upon long before the interview process started?

Do you get a letter even if you are not selected or only if you are offered a position?

The interview was a while back now... time is almost up and no word yet.

If you call them, ask if it has anything to do with the pilot situation in SAS.

WF

Regardless of the situation, wf could still let the people who went to the interview know if they passed or not. I think it is pretty bad of wf to use one month to
decide yes or no...........
To those of you who already work there, is this normal practice?

Ehh...jadda...folk som var på intervju og som faktisk spurte når dem kunne forvente svar, fikk beskjed om at det kom til å ta ca 1 måned. Så da er vel svaret rett rundt hjørnet siden det nå er 1 måned siden.
