Sims have come a very long way over the years - attitude flying can be simulated perfectly now - with a room full of students - much better than on a no flying day at Abingdon

Is that the answer - buy some basic sims for the elementary training - so much quicker to go through the exercises - with free time 'solo' to consolidate?

I struggled going from steam to glass and would have loved something like that so I could push buttons without interruption from the other seat and get to know the systems better and form the muscle memory in slow time.
