Another Walt? and a Chief Constable at that!
I was contacted by a chap in New Zealand about someone who claimed to have been flying Lysanders into France with agents etc. The French gave him the Legion of something or other but when I researched the guy's record, he was still in training in Canada on VE Day!! More recently, I was introduced to a 'Spitfire pilot' (complete with 'tash'). On asking a few simple questions, it became obvious that he might have been a pilot but certainly not of the flying type. I didn't expose him but if ever I saw him out and about, he did all he could to avoid me.

John Beggs KC who represented those re Hillsborough is going to be grilling Adderley, this is going to be entertaining to watch. The quote about Beggs from chambers says it all

He didn't know why he lied about his age, his service was extended from 2 years to 10 as this was an error because he filled forms out incorrectly. His listing a degree from a college he applied to and got rejected was a misunderstanding as it showed ambition listing what he wanted to do, but misunderstood on his CV that he actually did it.
Apparently all his leadership he talks about was not in the Navy but when he was put in charge of the sea cadets when he joined in 1976. Yes his leadership of a regional police force was honed from his experience when he was 10 years old.

The fact that this Clown is ‘my local Chief Constable’ makes the matter even more frustrating when we learn that he has been suspended on full pay for so long.

Thanks for sharing - oddly enough it shared the same GMP that recently cleared the Red Queen for allegedly dodging a bit of Council Tax and allegedly not paying Captial Gains Tax? 
Point of order, surely the GMP did not clear her of either of those offences?

My local mayor, note hes mayor of the biggest garrison town in Australia.
Claims he operated with the SAS as a signaler when he was reservist for 5 years at Anzac day
Asked by media for his service number, couldn't remember.
Later comes out he did 12 month training as a reservist, 6 months as active reservist before no longer attending and then 12 months absent before getting adminstratively discharged. Also while looking into this found he lied about his 2 university degrees
