If you knew anything about aviation you'd know that at that AOB (angle of bank) the wing tip vortices would be nulled by the ground cushion. It takes two seconds to realise you'd have to be doing mach 1.5 for the vortices to be strong enough.

A few more details collected here and there with an italian accent : this stunt happened at Cameri AB, with a returning Tornado from maintenance check. The pilot was asked to perform this wild ride, which was phtographed and filmed as you can see. Unfortunately for this pilot, a general heard about that and grounded the bast*** for 30 days.
