Red face Organophosphate!

I'm looking into history - does anyone know of other reported incidents (or accidents) where military jet air crew have been incapacitated by toxic fumes (preferably the organophosphate known as TCP) than the ANG C130 (1997, Montgomery)? Older than this if possible and limited to NATO please. Not that I am suggesting a cover up - I am genuinely looking for information which will support a case against MOD(RAF)

db16,

Can I suggest the Aviation Organophosphate Information Site at:
http://www.aopis.org/

The following 2 sites are largely geared towards airline problems in this field (as opposed to military) but you may also find useful info here:

http://www.aerotoxic.org/

Military please

I know a lot about the civil side, particularly B757 & 146 family. I ask again for military only, especially NATO incidents. db16
