They are saying the payment was lower than expected because of a salary restructure.

alot of the money will be used to offset the higher payroll during the early months of the new pay scales.

then it would reduce the overall profit for 2024/2025

likley with the new operating costs that will be the last bonus for sometime to come, the profit Will simply not be high enough with increased salary’s

Payment is on the 25th. No one knows the amount so speculating is useless. This bonus thing is still relatively new for us, keep that in mind. (since feb 2020) Its a good development as technically they don’t have to give out anything nor gave us anything since the company was founded. Yet EK was getting bonuses regularly in the mean time. Also 0 growth in this year in the nbr of planes. Only growth in revenue/profit. Well see…inshallah.

Yes there was. Around 18/19 weeks. Less than previous year but still more than the early years. (zero)

Last year IIRC around 20 or 21 weeks. Today we got 23 weeks. Also based on a 4% higher basic salary compared to previously. Fyi.
