FZ Bonus talk
Rumour has it between 26-34 weeks. let’s hear it.
I think 30. |
It's 20% raise on basic, villa on the Palm, 69 week bonus and 420 camels
Sauces: my neighbours gardener, who once shared a metro with the VP of paperclips and overheard a call |

This is the company that has not had a pay increase in 16 years. Any money, if they do pay will be eaten up by inflation, for not having increases in 16 years. Take a moment and think 25000 AED was that salary in 2008, now in 2024 it is still 25000. who cares what peanuts they give. Figures show, they can not get people to join.
Do gou still work here DB? I wouldn't make those false statements regarding new joiners if you don't know the facts tbh. |

Whilst true one has to be realistic too. Anything more than 0 is great because contractually they don't need to give anything. You know what your. ontracts stipulates. If that's not your cup of tea then just leave. And yes, basic is lacking seriously behind year after year and life is getting expensive too. But can we see the glass halve full for once? We've had a few bonus payouts over the last years. Nothing prior to 2020 so lets just be grateful for free money and this positive trend.

When was the bonus paid last year?

I wasn’t aware it was an argument. Why would I delete?

more than bounce
the yearly increment is coming to make the stay here long-term. hence, the same with 787 in-house upgrades based on seniority to make pilots stay for longer if that's what they want might not exactly be what the topic is about but the company is making changes defiantly |

|
23 weeks as it turns out.

Not expecting it to be just about the same as last year.
with the better financials thought it would be more than that. |
Is that based on basic salary or do they take into account flying pay?
