Been combing over some of my flying hours from the last few years. I am on target to fly over 1000 hours by the end of the year, and I am exactly 1.3 times the average I have flown for the last "generation". Added to this, since I don't have (a number) of days of my leave coming to me there will be less time coming off, so I'm actually looking at 1030 hours if I stay on the present flying pace.

Jan 1- Dec 31 2016 as a baseline but sitting a shade over the max annual 900 every day. Real crunch comes when the "no summer leave" kicks in and no time comes off from the previous year as it has annually. Who is coming up with these new policies? ("New bidding "to enhance and improve bidding satisfaction", leave, CI400, 72 hour swap freeze, freighter only bidding...) Why are they still employed with EK?
