Real crunch comes when the "no summer leave" kicks in and no time comes off from the previous year as it has annually. Who is coming up with these new policies? ("New bidding "to enhance and improve bidding satisfaction", leave, CI400, 72 hour swap freeze, freighter only bidding...) Why are they still employed with EK?
