Thanks for the compatibility view tip. I forgot all about that. EK IT is pretty much useless.

EK IT: "Captain, HR Direct is not compatible with Internet Explorer 9, you have to uninstall it and revert to Internet Explorer 8"

You're kidding me right? The world has moved on and EK is still using IE8? Uninstall IE9 to fix their problem, I am glad I referred to the scientific journal PPRuNe before I uninstalled IE9.

I've just had the same problem. Had to go back to IE 8 for the new HR Direct to work.

Pool is correct.

Click on the compatability tab and it should work

There is no need to uninstall IE9. HR Direct now works and you can view your amazingly large paycheck for May.

I'm running IE8 with no updates. Crew Portal wil not let me in now. It worked fine this morning, but now it keeps asking for the password. Looks like IT have done it again
